Chip Pro is proud to offer a lifetime warranty for our windshield repair services. Our goal is to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, backed by our expert mobile repair service.
 

Chip Pro Nationwide Lifetime Warranty

Our warranty covers the windshield repair against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own or lease the vehicle.
 

To qualify:

• You must notify us within 30 days of discovering a defect. Delays in notifying us may result in further damage, and we are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the 30-day period.

• This warranty is not transferable to a new owner if you sell the vehicle.
   

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not apply if:

• You get into an accident, sell the car, or otherwise damage the windshield after the repair.

• The repair is impacted by improper care, misuse, or new damage unrelated to the original repair.

• Any other form of tampering, changes to the windshield, or further windshield damage unrelated to the initial repair occurs.
   

Disclaimer for Repairs:

• Our warranty covers only the repaired portion of the windshield against further cracking. If new damage occurs outside the repaired area, it will not be covered by this warranty.

•  When the windshield was hit, the glass chipped/cracked and was damaged. During the repair process, there is a chance the damage could expand beyond repair. In these cases, we are not responsible for replacing the windshield or covering the cost of replacement, but we will refund the cost of the repair if it had been paid. If it had not been paid, no payment will be collected. By booking online or calling to schedule an appointment, you accept this disclaimer.
   

Premium Services Exclusion:

For Premium Services, including wiper blade replacements, windshield cleaning, and treatment services (Rain Defense™, anti-fog, etc.), the cost of these services will not be refunded if the service has been completed. If the damage spreads before the treatments have been applied and wiper blades installed, no payment will be collected. Only the cost of the original repair is covered under the lifetime warranty.
 

Wiper Blades Limited Warranty:

If you purchase wiper blades through Chip Pro, they are covered by a six-month limited warranty from the date of installation, which covers defects in material or workmanship. Gradual wear and tear or misuse are not covered under this warranty.
